SERVICES FOR THE PROVISION IN "SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE" MODE OF A LIMS (LABORATORY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) SOFTWARE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF LABORATORY ACTIVITIES, OF THE RELATED MINIMUM START-UP SERVICES AND OF THE RELATED EVOLUTIONARY MAINTENANCE

supply service of a LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) with the IT requirements and functionalities necessary for the management of ARPAS' analytical activities, in compliance with the provisions of the UNI EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018 standard and project documents, as well as services related to installation, configuration, software customization, interfacing of laboratory instruments, the training of operators on the LIMS and the start-up of the system, meaning the provision of a turnkey LIMS. The contract also includes the support of operators, support and maintenance of the product for the entire duration of the contract.
