Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulene, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Vaksdal Municipalities have established a joint ICT operation company, IKT Nordhordland kommunalt oppgåvefellesskap (IKTNH).

The objective of this invitation to tender is to enter into an agreement for the purchase / hire of an independent archive core for the municipalities, so that the system can be in oparation as soon as possible. The contract also includes the purchase of the archive core itself, as well as the purchase / hire of an access system, services for extract production of selected systems and the establishment of integration with selected systems. Municipal / inter-municipal enterprises that purchase archive services from current municipalities are included in the contract.

The procurement is important for a qualitatively good integration from a system without its own archive core, as well as making it available and accessible to historical databases/archives. In the long term, the municipality wants to link as many professional systems and case processing systems as possible to the independent archive core.
