Elverum municipality intends to enter into contracts for the purchase of a tractor and trailer. The purpose of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for a tractor and trailer, to carry out assignments that the unit for roads, parks and facilities carries out internally. The tractor will mainly be used for winter maintenance such as ploughing and gritting, and in the summer months with a trailer-mounted mechanical sweeper and mass transport for road maintenance and new construction. The trailer will be used for transporting matter, mainly on roads. The tenderer must use his expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the objective of the contract.
