Planning services for the construction of the new youth club Jüterbog with additional rooms for optional use for a district meeting point as well as the production of outdoor facilities in Bergstraße 3 in 14913 Jüterbog are to be commissioned.
Building planning according to § 34 HOAI in phases 1 to 9 for the new building of the youth club as well as the construction of the outdoor facilities according to § 39 HOAI in Bergstraße 3 in Jüterbog.
The aim of the negotiated procedure with an upstream competition is the commissioning of a general planner with the following performance pictures:
- Planning of buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI i. V. m. Annex 10, work phases 1 to 9,
- Planning of outdoor installations according to § 39 HOAI i. V. m. Annex 11, work phases 1 to 9,
- structural design according to §51 HOAI i. V. m. Annex 14, work phases 1 to 6 as well
- Planning of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Annex 15, performance phases 1 to 9,
- Engineering surveying (planning accompanying surveying and construction surveying) according to Appendix 1.4 HOAI,
- Geotechnical engineering (Geotechnical report including necessary ground investigations) according to Annex 1.3 HOAI
- Building physics (heat protection and energy balancing, building acoustics, room acoustics) according to Annex 1.2 HOAI, work phases 1 to 9.
The client intends to commission the following special service:

The youth club is the only public social institution in the Jüterbog II district. After 40 years of operation, the facility is in need of major refurbishment in terms of technical equipment and construction. The building with a current usable area of approx. 411 m
In order to promote the cooperation and communication of all residents in the district, additional rooms are to be provided for optional use as a district meeting point or meeting place. The outdoor area with sports and games area is to be renewed and the remaining space on the site made appealing. It is planned to demolish the existing building only after completion of the new building, so that the operation of the youth club is guaranteed during the construction phase.
The total construction costs for a new building including subsequent demolition of the existing building and the subsequent design of the outdoor facilities are estimated to be approximately EUR 1 800 000 gross (KG 200-500.700). For the realization of the construction project, funds are required which prescribe compliance with funding guidelines and practice rules.
