The subject of the contract is to supervise the development of design documentation and construction works as part of the OPI & E project 5.1-14: "Work on the CE 65 railway line, section Chorzów Batory - Tarnowskie Góry - Karsznice - Inowrocław - Bydgoszcz - Maksymilianowo "for the investment task:

LOT A - Works on the railway line 131 on the section Chorzów Batory (km 5,900) - Nakło Śląskie (km 29,000)

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Volume III of the ToR ("OPZ")

The scope of the Investment task over which the Contractor will provide management and supervision services includes, in particular:

a) preparation of project documentation on the above robots,

b) comprehensive replacement of the pavement and repair of the trackbed in the scope determined by the result of expert opinions, as well as repair and improvement of the drainage system of the railway line together with the repair of environmental protection equipment,

c) comprehensive replacement of turnouts,

d) comprehensive replacement of electric heating devices for switches / eor /,

e) comprehensive replacement of overhead contact line devices,

f) comprehensive replacement of external lighting devices,

g) adaptation of platforms to the required standards, together with elements of small architecture,

h) reconstruction of level crossings and adaptation to the required standards,

i) repair or reconstruction of engineering objects, including:

- bridges - range according to the results of expert reports,

- viaducts - scope according to the results of expert reports,

- culverts.

j) construction, reconstruction, repair of semi-automatic / automatic line blockade and SHP, LCS construction, retrofitting the line with an integrated traffic control and control system, disassembly, construction and replacement of railway traffic control devices / systems on the route and station, works related to centralization of switches , construction of axle counters, construction of new cable routes,

k) installation of wired communication devices and radiotelephones of the train and shunting network, construction of new cable devices, construction of utility television on passages and platforms, video monitoring system, replacement of antenna masts with antennas and necessary wiring, installation of automatic ticket sales devices (ticketoamts),

l) renovations of selected and liquidation of unnecessary cubature objects, construction, reconstruction, renovation of objects in terms of meeting functional features,

m) removing collisions with foreign infrastructure, including PKP Energetyka infrastructure according to arrangements with the company PKP Energetyka under the Agreement on the removal of collision of elements of the power network of PKP Energetyka SA with the investment intentions of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA,

Works related to environmental protection.
