The contest concerns delivery of tyres and tyre services for lorries and construction machinery. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has bought tyres and tyre services for approx. NOK 1 million excluding VAT per year for the last 3 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period. Sub-tenders/groups: tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4 but has decided that it is not appropriate for this procurement. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender. The framework agreement for the procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement and associated standard terms. The framework agreement has a duration from and including 18 May 2021, 0.00 until and including 17 May 2025, 0.00. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 - one or more tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
