The subject of the contract is to maintain low greenery, planting annual plants, care for annual and perennial plantings, care and cutting of trees, shrubs and hedges.

The detailed scope of works for a given sector is defined in the bills of quantities constituting an integral part of the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract covered by this procedure should be made in accordance with the standards constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.

All damages resulting from the implementation of this contract shall be borne by the Contractor. Communication between the Employer and the Contractor will take place on the principles set out in points 7 and 7.1 of the ToR.
