The flight inspectors from Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) are to be on the same footing as the operators and aviation companies so that they can fulfil their supervisory activities. Consequently, FOCA requires new state-of-the-art airplanes. These airplanes will improve the level of training and will also be more economical.
