The order includes the leveling of heaps and hollows in two zones in the south-western part of the Mietkowski Reservoir and the preparation of a report on the implementation of works. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the specifications.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) Execution (with the participation of the Ordering Party) of geodetic elevation measurements - leveling of the area - by a person with professional qualifications referred to in Article 43 point 1 of the Act of 17 May 1989. Geodetic and cartographic law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2052) - in order to determine the points of refraction of the boundaries of zone A and zone B, in which the elevation of the area should be 168.0 m above sea level. The list of points of refraction of the boundaries of zones A and B, in the reference system PL-1992, is presented in part II. II Description of the subject of the contract. 2) Marking in the field of the points of refraction of the boundaries referred to in point 1, in a way visible to the operators of the equipment used to perform the order (e.g. by means of wooden stakes driven into the ground).

3) Leveling the heaps and filling the depressions in the coastal zones with a total area of approx. 14 ha by pushing the earth masses towards the center of the reservoir and shaping the areas with a slope (towards the center of the reservoir) with elevations in the range of 168.0 m above sea level - 167.5 m above sea level and a slope of not more than 1:100.

NOTE: the area of the order is covered with approx. 4 years of growth of trees and shrubs - in 2016 and 2017, felling and grubbing up of trees was carried out in the above-mentioned area.

4) Execution (with the participation of the Ordering Party) of geodetic altitude measurements by a person with professional qualifications referred to in Article 43 point 1 of the Act of 17 May 1989. Geodetic and cartographic law in order to check the correctness of the order:

a) in zone A: measurements at 8 points where the elevation of the area should be 168.0 m above sea level and at 8 points randomly selected by the Ordering Party,

b) in zone B: measurements at 7 points where the elevation of the area should be 168.0 m above sea level and at 7 points randomly selected by the Ordering Party.
