GHA intends to enter into a contract for the design and construction of approximately 120 new build units for affordable housing, on one brown field site. The site is situated in the Scotstoun area of Glasgow. The Estimated construction value £10million. The development is likely to include a mix of 2, 3, 4 and 6 storey properties, comprising of houses and flats. We have appointed a design team to develop the scheme to RIBA plant of works stage D. This will form the basis of the employer’s requirements, which will be set out in the invitation to Tender; you will be required to develop contractor’s proposals which satisfy these requirements and to submit these with your tender. We envisage that the design team will be novated to the successful contractor.
