The ISPC provides training to applicants from the School of Firefighters and Civil Protection of the Generalitat of Catalonia. In this sense, for practical training, it requires de-contaminated vehicles (VFUD) to simulate traffic accidents, among others. Thus, this contract aims to homologate 3 companies to supply and subsequently collect decontaminated out-of-use vehicles throughout the territory of Catalonia.

For each contract based on this Framework Agreement, the ISPC shall specify, by means of an electronic correspondence:

a) The specific places in the territory of Catalonia where to deliver and collect the VFUD.

(b) the specific dates of delivery and collection of the VFUDs.

(c) the final condition once used as practice vehicles.

(d) the waiting time between delivery and collection of the VFUDs.

(e) the number of vehicles to be supplied at a particular point of destination.

(f) the time between the order and the delivery.

(g) the type of vehicle to be supplied, comprising approximately 50% 4-door vehicles with tailgate; 30% 2-door vehicles, with tailgate; and 20% 4-door saloon type vehicles, with trunk gate.
