1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Municipality of Biała Podlaska and the organizational units of the City referred to in Chapter IV, paragraph 3 of the SWZ. 2. The estimated total demand (quantity) for electricity is 6 873 840 kWh, according to the following summary illustrating the energy demand in each tariff group:
1) C11: 535 412 kWh
2) C12b:
- day zone - 1 645 104 kWh;
- night zone – 3 361 414 kWh;
3) C12a:
- peak zone – 6 971 kWh;
- off-peak zone - 20 959 kWh;
4) C21: 1 135 419 kWh;
5) B22:
- day zone - 31 245 kWh;
- night zone - 128 721 kWh;
6) G11: 8 595 kWh

2. The purpose of this joint procurement is to harmonise rates and simplify accounting rules
active electricity consumption. The Ordering Party intends to achieve the above in particular by:
obtaining a single, fixed price per kilowatt hour, appropriate for individual tariff groups, therefore, in
the offered unit price of electricity must take into account all additional costs
and fees related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, including in particular those resulting from making
trade balancing or fixed costs of trade fees.
3. The Ordering Party requires the implementation of the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31.12.2023, with the proviso that the commencement of electricity sales at each electricity consumption point will take place not earlier than after the effective termination of the contract on the basis of which the Ordering Party has so far purchased electricity and the effective implementation of the process of changing the seller at the DSO.
