3.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of natural gas in the period 1 January 2024 – 31 December 2024 for the participants of the Krakow Gas Purchasing Group in the amount of 50 938 663 kWh to 364 Consumption Points (part I of the order) and the supply of gas in cylinders – 24 cylinders of 11 kg each (part II of the order).

3.2. Approximately 81.7% of the volume of natural gas is covered by the so-called tariff protection resulting from Article 62 bb or 62 ba of the Energy Law.

3.3. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party undertakes to receive the Minimum Contractual Volume (MWU) of Gaseous Fuel in the amount of 70% of the estimated amount of gaseous fuel. If the Contracting Authority does not collect MWU within the contractual period, it will be obliged to pay the Contractor a contractual penalty for each 1 kWh of gaseous fuel, constituting the difference between MWU, and the quantity actually collected in the amount of 75% of the price for gaseous fuel, calculated in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
