The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate located in the municipality of Stężyca and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, located in Brzeźce.

The estimated amount of municipal waste is – 983.00 Mg

I. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate located in the Municipality of Stężyca. The service also includes the delivery of bags intended for the selective collection of municipal waste, including the biodegradable fraction and ashes from central heating furnaces from households.

Municipal waste is collected into the following fractions: mixed and paper, cardboard, metals, plastics, white and colored packaging glass, multi-material packaging, as well as biodegradable waste and ashes.

The individual fractions of separately collected waste should be collected in containers/bags of the following colours:

1)BLUE marked "PAPER"

2)GREEN marked "GLASS"

3)YELLOW marked with the inscription "METALS and PLASTICS"

4)BROWN marked "BIO"

5)BLACK (bags or containers) - intended for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste.

6) GREY – ashes from central heating furnaces

Bags for collecting waste for separately collected fractions will be provided by the Contractor and delivered to the places indicated by the Ordering Party.

II. Frequencies of collection of municipal waste from the property:

1) Under the contract, the contractor will be obliged to collect, transport and manage any quantity of the following municipal waste from the properties where residents live (waste codes in brackets):

a)unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) – in a container/bag with a capacity of 120l, 240l, 1100 l;

(b)municipal waste collected selectively "at source" divided into fractions:

-Paper and cardboard (20 01 01, 15 01 01) - collected in bags / containers with a capacity of 120l, 1100 l,

-Glass and glass packaging (20 01 02, 15 01 07) - collected in bags / containers with a capacity of 80l, 1100 l;

-Plastics, multi-material packaging waste and metals, mixed packaging waste, metal packaging (15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 20 01 40 15 01 06, 20 01 39) - collected in bags/containers with a capacity of 120l, 1100 l;

-Bio-waste, biodegradable kitchen waste (20 02 01), (20 01 08), - collected in bags / containers with a capacity of 80l, 1100l;

-Ash (ex 20 01 99, 200399) – collected in bags with a capacity: 60l;

c) Bulky waste which, due to its size, cannot be collected in typical waste containers and/or bags, including old furniture, carpets, carpets, etc. (20 03 07)

d) waste electrical and electronic equipment, including refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, etc., ( 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36),

(e)used tyres(16 01 03).

2) municipal waste collected in a selective way "at source" will be collected in bags / containers described in accordance with the collected fraction - DETAILS AVAILABLE IN THE TABLE - ANNEX No. 1-SWZ

2.Detailed data on the frequency of waste collection will be included in the schedule that the Contractor will submit for approval on the day of signing the contract to the Ordering Party. At the same time, the Ordering Party reserves that a change in the frequency of collection may take place in the event of a change in the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Stężyca.

3.Types of containers for collecting municipal waste in the Municipality of Stężyca:

1) containers and containers for waste with a capacity of 120 liters, 240 liters, 1100 liters, 7000 liters,

2) bags with a capacity of 60 liters, 80 liters, 120 liters.

4.Mixed municipal waste, waste of separately collected fraction, waste from PSZOK and collected during the exhibition should be transferred in a way that does not allow mixing individual fractions to the municipal waste installation in accordance with applicable regulations.
