The subject of the order is the delivery of poultry meat and poultry meats. Deliveries will be made for the benefit of the High School of Justice; place of delivery: 62-800 Kalisz, 193-195 Wrocławska Street. All products covered by the order must be delivered in plastic containers (packaging material allowed for food contacts), closed with a lid. A data label must be attached to each container. Each product assortment must be delivered in a separate container. The Contractor shall supply the product manufactured in accordance with: 1) the Act of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 2021 as amended) and the implementing regulations thereof; 2) by the Act of 21 December 2000 on the commercial quality of agricultural articles Food products (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 630) and the implementing regulations of this Act..
