The services of the contractor include the specialist planning of the technical equipment, LPH 1-9 according to HOAI 2021 for the modernization of the existing IMC station (interim ITS).

The hospital of the Barmherzigen Brüder Trier is an institution of the Barmherzigen Brüder Trier gGmbH (BBT group). With around 100 facilities, the BBT Group is one of the largest Christian providers of hospitals and social institutions with over 14,000 employees across Germany.

As part of the construction target planning of the hospital of the Barmherzigen Brüder Trier, the further structural development was defined and examined and coordinated in terms of planning and functional technology, in consultation with the responsible departments of the ministry.

The measure includes the conversion and modernization of station 1B for long-term use as an IMC station with 20 places. Interim use of station 1B as an alternative area is planned during the modernization and expansion of the ITS in the D wing with the corresponding media and data technology equipment in the beds. After completion of the ITS in the D wing, the final construction of the IMC station will take place.

The measure is a construction project funded by the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. The latest guidelines, specifications and principles of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labor, Health and Demography (MSAGD) must be observed and used for all applications and evidence. The same applies to the observance of the funding guidelines (tendering, awarding and execution). The contractor participates in all conveyor-related matters and applications and compiles the documents required from his trades.

The architects 'and engineers' contracts are designed as multi-level contracts, ie the basic determination is first called up. There is no legal claim to the transfer of further services and fees.

The AG is expected to provide a project communication system. The contractor undertakes to use this and participates in the costs over the entire term of the contract.
