Recruitment and execution of assistance work for the management of the Music School “Lino Otano” of the Aranguren Valley
The provision of the service object of the contract includes the following actions:
1. Development of a project for a center, which must include:
1.1. Pedagogical project: development of academic organization and programming for each of the subjects offered.
1.2. General management of the center.
2. To give the musical sessions necessary to carry out the programme presented for each school year, which complies with the regulations corresponding to the official music schools of Navarre. Instrumental specialties: accordion, electric bass, singing, clarinet, transverse flute, classical guitar, electric guitar, percussion, piano, saxophone, trombone, trumpet, txistu, violin and cello.
3. To hire the human team necessary for the complete development of the project: management and management staff, teaching staff and administrative staff.
4. Assist the City Council in any needs that may arise (information, study, evaluation of modifications to be implemented, management of grants, adaptation of the center to possible applicable regulations, etc.).
5. To manage the official status of the School of Music with the Government of Navarra on the basis of the proposed school project, if the winning company is different from the current one, since the one currently available belongs to the company Vega Educación Musical and is registered with the Intellectual Property Registry.
6. To meet the demand for music teaching in Basque progressively in all group subjects (line in Basque from the first year until the end of studies). In individual subjects, measures will be taken so that instruments can also be made in Basque, meeting the demand of students and the possibility of teachers.
7. Ensure proper treatment of equality between teachers, jobs, families and students. Integration of the gender perspective in accordance with the Aranguren Valley Equality Plan, approved by the Plenary Session of the Aranguren Valley Town Hall on April 29, 2021.
