1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Implementation and migration and maintenance of Internet connections, routers, Firewall and DDoS protection system for IMGW-PIB".

2. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 1 to SWZ — Description of the item of the order.

1. The implementation of the subject of the contract consists of:

1) providing and installing 2 links to the Internet at the Ordering Party's location in Warsaw, 61 Podleśna Street, in accordance with the requirements indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ, using the pool of 254 public IP addresses made available by the Ordering Party,

belonging to the Provider Independent (PI) class assigned by RIPE NCC to IMGW-PIB. If, during the launch of the Internet, there is a need to allocate additional IP addresses, the Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with an appropriate additional pool of IP addresses;

2) launching the DDoS Protection service for a link to the Internet in the Warsaw location, in accordance with the requirements indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract;

3) provision, configuration (i.e. migration from currently used routers) and commissioning, 4 pieces of routers, in accordance with the technical requirements indicated in the Description of the subject of the order, at the Ordering Party's locations in:

a) Warsaw, 61 Podleśna Street (2 Routers);

b) Krakow, 14 Piotra Borowego Street (1 Router);

c) Gdynia, 42 Waszyngtona Street (1 Router).

4) provision, configuration (i.e. migration from currently used firewalls) and launch of 4 firewalls, in accordance with the technical requirements indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract in the Ordering Party's locations in:

a) Warsaw, Podleśna 61 (2 Firewalls in the configuration of a reliability cluster);

b) Krakow, 14 Piotra Borowego Street (1 Firewall);

c) Gdynia, 42 Waszyngtona Street (1 Firewall).

5) providing, configuring and launching a system for managing Firewalls and monitoring them with the functionalities indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract;

6) as part of the implementation of the functioning of links to the Internet and shared Routers and Firewalls:

a) launching links to the Internet;

b) installation and configuration of shared Routers and Firewalls;

(c) carrying out a configuration audit;

(d) providing for the duration of the migration: the support of a specialist engineer in routing technology (BGP, OSPF);

e) preparation and delivery of post-implementation documentation;

7) providing service support for the provided Routers and Firewalls at the Next Business Day level with the percentage of availability of Internet connection services per year and the classification of failures, time and method of response to their occurrence, as well as the right to update the software to

shared Routers and Firewalls to the latest versions made available by manufacturers, specified in the Description of the subject of the contract;

8) providing vouchers for the purposes of training and conducting trainings for the Ordering Party's employees:

a) providing 5 vouchers for 5 people, valid for a period of 1 year from the date of their delivery for participation in the training and conducting training in the scope of the provided Firewall security system;

b) providing 5 vouchers for 5 people valid for a period of 1 year from the date of their delivery to participate in the training and conduct training in the field of configuration and optimization of routing protocols.
