The subject of this contract is the performance of the task entitled "Performance of municipal services consisting in maintaining cleanliness and order in the city and municipality of Murowana Goślina in the period from July 2022 to June 2024." The scope of the contract includes the provision of municipal cleaning and order services in the city and municipality of Murowana Goślina in the scope of: 1) year-round cleaning of the City, including m.in., ongoing maintenance of cleanliness, cleaning of streets, sidewalks, bus shelters, square and parking lots, emptying street baskets, removing leaves and inflorescences, hanging flags, eliminating the effects of random events, weeding hardened road lanes, washing road signs, posts and barriers 2) cleaning of Hemmingen Park and Plac Powstańców Wielkopolskich, 3) post-winter cleaning. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
The scope of the contract includes the provision of municipal cleaning and order maintenance services in the city and municipality of Murowana Goślina in the scope of:
A. Year-round cleaning of the City:
a) Mechanical cleaning of streets in the city
b) Manual cleaning of areas around bus shelters;
c) Ongoing maintenance of street baskets;
d) Collection and disposal of all impurities;
e) Removal of current leaf and inflorescence fallout;
f) Ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in places of national remembrance, including the storage of national, communal, papal flags, Solidarity and banner;
g) keeping the shelters of bus and bicycle stops and parking lots clean;
h) washing posts and barriers and road signs in the city;
(i) weeding of all paved lanes;
(j) removal of sand accumulated in the trimming zone of the roadway;
k) elimination of the effects of random events in the road lane in the municipality.
B. Cleaning of Hemmingen Park and Plac Powstańców Wielkopolskich:
a) Manual cleaning of the areas of the Hemmingen Park and the Wielkopolska Insurgents Square in Murowana Goślina;
b) Ongoing maintenance of the baskets in the Hemmingen Park (emptying the baskets and keeping them clean).
C. Post-winter cleaning:
a) Manual or mechanical removal of sand accumulated in the triangular zone of the roadway, parking bays and loops of public transport, sidewalks and squares, if necessary also with washing off the surface;
b) Keeping sand-cleared roads cleaned until the post-winter cleaning is completed and the work is received.
