The assignment includes technical advice and assistance regarding architectural and engineering works (total consultancy) in connection with the establishment of 7 kindergarten relocation groups in existing buildings from 1870 in Køge with an area size of approx. 1300 m2 as well as the establishment of a production kitchen for 15 groups, outdoor areas consisting of equipped playgrounds, walkways, fencing of outdoor areas and outdoor toilets. The task also includes the establishment of collection rooms for 2 relocation kindergarten groups in the daycare center Badutski on Oehlenschlægersgade. Finally, the task includes the solution for how traffic to and from Spanagervej and Oehlenschlægersgade is to be handled, including bus parking.
