Full order name (uzup. II.1.1) ): Evaluation of the quality of acceleration services provided during the 11th edition of the #StartUP Małopolska acceleration program implemented as part of the project "Startup Malopolska – support for entrepreneurship in the region"
1. The procurement will include, in particular, the development of in-depth interview questionnaires for participants of the acceleration program, coordination of the process of conducting individual in-depth interviews with participants of the acceleration program, conducting individual in-depth interviews with persons conducting training and mentoring classes and with representatives of the company organizing the program, data analysis and preparation of a report on the research carried out, development of three infographics illustrating the results of the research.
1. The procurement will include, in particular, the development of in-depth interview questionnaires for participants of the acceleration program, coordination of the process of conducting individual in-depth interviews with participants of the acceleration program, conducting individual in-depth interviews with persons conducting training and mentoring classes and with representatives of the company organizing the program, data analysis and preparation of a report on the research carried out, development of three infographics illustrating the results of the research.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be entered into the contract on the public procurement — the model of the contract and are annex 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the contracts).
3. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to transfer intellectual property rights to the Contracting Entity in accordance with the provisions of the model contract.
4. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract.
