The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewicze classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 17 09 04 - Mixed waste from construction, renovation and dismantling other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03 in the amount of 2000 Mg (basic order). The Contractor is obliged to manage or transfer for management all collected waste in the R5 and/or R12 recovery processes and/or D5 disposal in accordance with Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).

The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 17 09 04 - Mixed waste from the construction site, repairs and dismantling other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03 in the amount of 2000 Mg (basic order). The Contractor is obliged to manage or transfer for management all collected waste in the R5 and/or R12 recovery processes and/or D5 disposal in accordance with Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended). Loading of waste at ZUOK in Hryniewicze is on the side of the Ordering Party and will be carried out using a loader. Loading can take place from 6.00 to 20.00 from Monday to Friday. Waste will be transferred in bulk. The waste storage area is unroofed and is a paved yard. The expected amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract is min. from 400 to 500 Mg per month. Waste collection will be carried out by the Contractor taking into account the current demand of the Ordering Party for waste collection, subject to the obligation to exhaust the total amount of waste under the basic contract, subject to the possibility of increasing it by the Contracting entity if the option is used.
