Council office and Council-owned public conveniences cleaning services includes: Regular cleaning of Elizabeth House (the Council's main offices located in Stratford-upon-Avon), opening and closing and regular cleaning of 12 public conveniences (6 in Stratford-upon-Avon and 6 located across the district of Stratford-on-Avon in outlying towns and villages), occasional cleaning, opening and closing of other buildings owned by Stratford-on-Avon District Council, i.e. Sports Pavilion in Stratford-upon-Avon. Contract is 4 years (with the option of an additional 4 year contract extension), commencing on 2 June 2020.

The cost in II 1.5) is for the 4 year length of the contract (excluded any potential contract extension). It is indicative and should in no way be interpreted as the cost of the contract.
