The object of the service is the conception and implementation of a measure according to § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 SGB III for the introduction of employable beneficiaries (eLb) to the training and labor market within the framework of external case management. In the course of the measure, the participants are to be supported by individual counselling and support services in (re-)gaining their employability and their reintegration into an employment-oriented integration strategy.

They are to be stabilised with particular regard to their psychosocial and health situation. The measure aims to provide low-threshold support for participants who are not eligible for an employment-oriented integration strategy in the long term.
