The subject of the contract is the supply of chromatographs to the laboratories of the Chief Inspectorate of Commercial Quality of Agricultural and Food Products, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The contract will be awarded in separate proceedings (during the implementation of the KPO project, i.e. 2023-2025), and the subject of this procedure will be awarded in 3/three parts. Part of this order is the following chapter: Chapter 1 – delivery and assembly of a high-performance liquid chromatograph with two RID and DAD detectors together with additional equipment for the Laboratory in Poznań, Chapter 2 – delivery and assembly of a gas chromatograph with a FID detector with additional equipment for the Laboratory in Poznań, Chapter 3 – delivery of a liquid chromatography kit with a diode and refractometric detector to the Laboratory in Warsaw. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in part 3 of the SWZ and, accordingly, in the forms of technical conditions, constituting respectively Annexes 2a-2c to the SWZ.
