The aim of the market project is the development of 2 European standardized inert products which will allow the European States to have 2 standardized tools for the training of the cynotechnic crews and the conduct of tests in operational situation in order to verify their maintenance of performance.

The procedure takes place in 3 stages under the conditions laid down in the consultation regulation:

- a selection stage of applications,

- a stage of dialogue with the selected candidates, the purpose of which is to identify and define the best ways to satisfy the needs of the buyer,

- a stage of delivery of the final offers.

The purpose of this stage of the procedure is to retain candidates who will be invited to participate in the dialogue.
