The subject of the contract is: municipal waste collection and management service from property owners residing in the Opoczno commune.
1. The subject of the contract is: municipal waste collection and management service from owners of real estate residing in the commune.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in the collection and management (recovery and neutralization) of municipal waste from all properties located in the Opoczno Commune, where residents live, in accordance with the waste hierarchy and the equipment of the property with containers and bags for collecting waste.
