P xmlns="http://publications.europa.eu/resource/schema/ted/R2.0.8/publication">BWI is considering a framework agreement with an economic operator for the purchase of software for a digital archiving solution, including the provision of software maintenance and support as well as software-related services, training and support services for the implementation and migration of existing digital archive data by means of a negotiated procedure with competition.

Individual services:

- Software for digital archiving including the necessary interfaces to various third-party systems defined in more detail in the service description. Third-party systems include SAP S/4HANA, MicroSoft Exchange and MicroSoft SharePoint.

- Software maintenance contract must include the right to use always up-to-date versions of the software for digital archiving

- Support including manufacturer support in the event of errors with a central entrance gate (in the sense of a single point of contact, e.g. through a ticket system or a telephone hotline) for the Recording, processing and tracking of IT disruptions or problems as well as IT security incidents

- Training

- Support services for the implementation and migration of previous digital archive data
