The new construction of the functional building for the Niederstetten site includes: cleaning rooms, battery charging room and storage areas. The design envisages a 1-storey building without a basement in solid construction: GFA 1,293.00m². The gable roof is planned in timber construction, the façade and outer roof cladding are to consist of a standing seam covering with substructure, standard walls and columns made of recycled concrete quality SB2. The draft contains measures to prevent the formation of explosive atmospheres, for which an explosion protection report is available. A subsoil report and a fire protection concept are available. The Sustainable Building Guidelines are to be applied in principle.

An armoury building is to be erected in the Hermann Köhl barracks in Niederstetten.

The design envisages a 1-storey building with no basement in solid construction. Building dimensions: 69.3 m x 19.0 m; building height: 6.15 m.

A planning office is being sought to which the project planning for the new construction of the functional building is to be entrusted.

The intention is to award both basic services and special services of service phases 5 to 8 HOAI in accordance with the annex to § 6 Specific

Leistungspflichten.
