Description:
Software development: Digital pinboard/digital tool for the development of learning and work tasks - "MIKA-Do"

(1) Development of a fully functional digital pinboard based on the model of Padlet, TaskCards or Planka without a paywall according to MIKA's CI concept (cf. https://mika.foraus.de and Appendix 1, CI concept). A monetization strategy is currently not being considered. Implementation with an existing open source solution is also conceivable, provided that the adaptation takes into account the wishes of the contracting authority (BIBB), among others. It should be possible to use it via desktop as well as via smartphones and/or tablets.

(2) Acquisition and setup of a domain, e.g. mika-do.de or mikado.de or leando.mikado.de. The acquisition of this domain is part of the mission.

(3) Programming of an interface (API) for the import of feedback on tasks in MIKA-Do into the existing ILIAS system and there into the corresponding standardized course template according to the defined role scenarios on the MIKA campus (participants of the MIKA seminars and MIKA trainers). The accesses will be made available to the contractor after the contract has been awarded.

(4) Connection and optimisation of the software for the interoperable use of MIKA-Do with other (web) offerings with BIBB applications and/or services that have yet to be developed (leando.de). If necessary, a connector for an individual interface must be programmed here.

(5) Possibility to embed/link MIKA-Do in all common learning management systems, e.g. as an object and/or tile, but above all in the existing ILI-AS system and the course logic already existing there (MIKA-Campus - https://mika.foraus.de).

(6) Connection of MIKA-Do to the SSO interface (Keycloak) for extended user administration on the existing MIKA campus (https://mika.foraus.de). The different role and usage scenarios of the ILIAS system must be taken into account. The cross-system identification of users is based on the role concept defined on the MIKA campus. This will be made available to the client after the contract has been awarded.

(7) Development of a responsive mobile version of the digital pinboard, without restriction of all functions according to MIKA's CI concept (cf. https://mika.foraus.de and Appendix 1, CI concept).

(8) Technical advice and support to optimize the software until the end of the project period (05/2025).

(9) Other features: Implementation of an intelligent search to provide users with suitable suggestions for existing learning and working tasks. Possibility to search for keywords, topics, professions and industries. Case-study learning and work tasks must be made available in an easy-to-find and editable manner (OER). The learning and work tasks created by users should (also) be publicly accessible and editable by third parties. In addition, individual digital media (e.g. Videos or quizzes) can also be tagged in order to be able to edit them further if necessary or to be able to use them unedited.

(10) Preparation and, if necessary, implementation of a perspective interface to the portal leando.de to ensure the migration of learning and work tasks and/or digital media as OER. The digital content must be tagged with the help of keywords and/or keywords in order to ensure that it can be found.

(11) MIKA-Do is to be optimized for finding in search engines (SEO).

2.2) Optional performance

As an optional service and any additional work that may arise, which cannot yet be described in detail at this point in time, there will be further technical, content-related or graphic work to be defined at a later date. This work is carried out within the scope of a maximum of 50 daily rates.
