The planning services of outdoor facility planning in accordance with Section 39 HOAI are required for the construction of two approximately identical 3-storey, above-ground new buildings with a partial basement at the Südschule and the Albert Weisgerber School, St. Ingbert, in which the voluntary all-day school is to be housed.
The new building for the FGTS at the Südschule is planned on the existing school grounds along St. Fidelis Street as a free-standing, 3-storey solitaire with two floors above ground.
The partial basement is built underground. The planned location of the supplementary building is in the north-eastern orientation of the existing building complex.
The new building for the FGTS at the Albert Weisgerber School is planned as a free-standing, 3-storey solitaire with two floors above ground on the existing schoolyard area along Dr.-Schulthess-Straße. The partial basement is the result of the topographical location of the construction site on one side above the upper edge of the terrain. The planned location of the supplementary building is located in the southeast orientation of the existing building complex.
The basis for the planning is a basic design prepared by the client, including an associated room program, which provides for 950.00 m² of NUF in accordance with DIN 277 for the new buildings of the FGTS.
The implementation of the measure is to be implemented during ongoing school operations.
The total costs KG 200 — 700 in accordance with DIN 276 are currently estimated at approximately 4.3 million euros net per extension with a room program area (GFA) of approx. 1,600 sqm.

The services of outdoor facility planning according to § 39 HOAI are awarded for the construction of two voluntary all-day schools.
This order comprises the basic services according to HOAI of the aforementioned planning services of the following service phases:
- lpH 1: baseline determination
- Lph 2: pre-planning,
- Lph 3: design planning,
- Lph 4: Approval planning.
Optionally in stages:
- Lph 5: execution planning,
- Lph 6: preparation of the award,
- Lph 7: Participation in the award,
- Lph 8: Project supervision — construction supervision and documentation,
- Lph 9: Property management.
It should be noted that the two new buildings are to be planned and realized in parallel.
Billing and invoicing must be done separately, object by object.
The contractor has no legal right to commission further service phases or a complete order.
Planning should begin immediately after the assignment.
Applicants/applicant groups who are invited to submit a fee offer after the completion of the competition may receive further information and documents.
Other services to be awarded are not part of the present call for tenders and will be awarded separately. In parallel to this call for tenders, the following further planning services will be announced throughout Europe:
1. Planning of the technical equipment of plant groups 1-8 in accordance with § 53 HOAI for the construction of two voluntary all-day schools.
2. Property planning in accordance with § 34 HOAI for the construction of two voluntary all-day schools.
3. Structural design in accordance with § 51 HOAI for the construction of two voluntary all-day schools.
Applicants may apply for more than one of these benefits. Double applications within the scope of this call for applications are not permitted. Multiple applications within the scope of the present announcement of individual applicants or individual members of an applicant association may lead to the exclusion of all affected offers if the applicant, the bidding community or the affected competing member companies or bidding groups can prove that the relevant Quotations were created completely independently of each other, are not successful.
