The Assignment is divided into two (2) sub-assignments (these are NOT lots!):

- Sub-assignment 1: Integral architectural assignment for the first phase of the new interpretation and renovation works;

- Sub-assignment 2: Drawing up an image quality plan for the outer shell and the adjacent environmental construction of the Courtines, which will be renovated in phases at a later stage.

In order to further frame the Assignment, the Contracting Authority has drawn up a Project Description (Appendix 4), in which (the subject of) the Assignment is further described and framed, and in which the Assignment to be realized as well as the basic objectives that the Contracting Authority wants to achieve with the Assignment are described.

The exact preconditions for the realization of the Assignment will be communicated to the Selected Parties by means of the Specifications. The Specifications will also describe the tasks of the Contractor in more detail.
