A non-binding plan for the procurement of switchgear and substation automation systems is stated in the tender documentation annex J (Specified Scope). Beyond switchgear and substation automation systems for two transformer stations, the Contracting Authority is not obligated to make purchases in connection with this framework agreement, but the Contracting Authority intends to use this framework agreement for multiple purchases of switchgear and substation automation systems
