The subject of the contract is: Provision of services for winter maintenance of district roads in the 2023/2024 season, divided into parts and the right of option.
The order is divided into VIII lots.

The Contractor is obliged to report within a maximum of 2 hours from the telephone call in a state of readiness for work, in a place designated by the Contracting Entity.
The terms of performance of the contract include:
1. All works should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, applicable standards, health and safety regulations, fire protection. and in accordance with the guidelines of this SWZ and its other annexes;
2. the rules for snow removal and removal of black ice on the roads, Chapter VI of this SWZ;
3. detailed technical specifications Chapter VII of this SWZ;
