Allotted multi-attribute framework agreement (six lots) on the realization of services of communication agencies: strategy, purchase of spaces, support communication actions, communication tools, graphic creation. Framework Agreement concluded for a period of two years potentially renewable in a 12-month period twice by tacit extension. The contract does not provide for a minimum or maximum amount as to the quantity of services ordered and their price. As an indicative and non-contractual measure, the volume of requirements is estimated to be between 100 000 EUR excluding VAT and 200,000 EUR excluding VAT per year on all lots. This data does not in any way commit the CSTB. The conditions for carrying out the mission entrusted to the provider in accordance with the needs of the CSTB are detailed in the Special Clauses (CCP) No.21r024.
Global Communication StrategyThis batch brings together the realization of global communication strategy services: advice on media and non-media strategy and the ad hoc system to be implemented on specific corporate or operational communication projects related to specific projects: below a non-exhaustive list of services:

Digital communication and social networksThis batch includes in a non-exhaustive way:
— the creation of websites;
— the creation of websites for newsletters or corporate communication (example: activity report);
— the creation and administration of accounts on social networks;
— programming and production of editorial content for the web or social networks, etc.
Purchase of media and non-media advertising spaces including social networksThe licensees propose a media strategy in agreement with the CSTB's Directorate of Communication and External Relations and media plans according to the selected media: print press titles, digital press, TV, radio and social networks.
Print and digital publishing, graphic identity, graphic creationThis batch mainly includes consulting services, support, design, realization and production of multi-support institutional communication (corporate) and operational communication, aimed at internal and external audiences.
Audiovisual productionThis batch mainly includes advice, support, design, production and audiovisual production services for internal and external audiences. Non-exhaustive list of services: videos, animations, webinars, remote TV sets, etc.
Event organisation (digital and face-to-face)This batch mainly includes services of advice, accompaniment, design, realization and production of events, face-to-face or remotely, within the framework of internal or external events.
