1) The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity including the sale of electricity and the provision of energy distribution to the premises and facilities of the Ordering Party and street lighting listed in Annex 10 to the SWZ – PPE List

2) The total estimated energy consumption [kWh] in the last 12 months is 951 180 kWh for street lighting, premises and facilities located in the Lipno Commune. The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is determined by a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the SWZ)
