The subject of the contract is to provide comprehensive service of printing devices used in the District Court in Warsaw (the list of devices is attached as Appendix No. 1 and 2 to the description of the subject of the contract).
Economic operators jointly applying for the award of a contract:
1) With regard to the conditions relating to experience, contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract may rely on the capacities of those Contractors who will perform the services for the implementation of which these capacities are required.
2) In the case referred to in point 1, Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract shall attach to the tender a statement from which it follows which services will be performed by individual Contractors.
The subject of the contract will be implemented in two stages:
stage I – lending by the Contractor of Type 0-6 printing devices (min. 170 pcs. - max. 250 pcs.) owned by him for the duration of the contract to the locations indicated by the Ordering Party and implementation and launch of software to monitor the consumption of consumables in the Contractor's printing devices, as well as printing devices owned by the Ordering Party, as well as training of the Ordering Party's employees in the use of software - in the scope of the following objects:

- 9 Płocka Street in Warsaw,
- 21 Skierniewicka Street in Warsaw,
- 4C Inflancka Street in Warsaw,
- 5a Płocka Street in Warsaw,
- 3 Kocjana Street in Warsaw,
- 33 Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw;
stage II – providing full service of printing devices owned by the Ordering Party and printing devices owned by the Contractor, i.e. updating the software for settling printouts, inspections, repairs, maintenance and replacement of consumables – in the scope of the following facilities:

- 100 Czerniakowska Street in Warsaw,
- 9 Płocka Street in Warsaw,
- 5a Płocka Street in Warsaw,
- 4C Inflancka Street in Warsaw,
- 8a Zwierzyniecka Street in Warsaw,
- 21 Skierniewicka Street in Warsaw,
- 3 Kocjana Street in Warsaw,
- Złota 81a Street in Warsaw,
- 33 Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw.
The commencement of the provision of the service will take place no earlier than from 01.10.2022 and no later than by 31.01.2023, whereby the Contractor will be informed about the specific date of commencement of the service 14 days before its planned commencement. The Contractor may not commence the provision of services without the Contracting Authority expressly informing him. Before the Ordering Party provides the Contractor with information about the commencement of the provision of services, the Contractor undertakes not to proceed to the provision of services constituting the subject of the contract, including those related to the implementation of stage I.
The provision of services will take place in two stages, i.e.:
stage I – up to 14 days from the date of commencement of the stage,
stage II – within 24 months from the date of completion of the first stage or until the financial resources allocated for the implementation of the contract are exhausted.
The Ordering Party, in connection with the content of Article 95(1) of the Act, informs that it requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ a full-time employment relationship, in accordance with Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended), a technician (service technician) who will be on duty at the Ordering Party's headquarters at al. "Solidarności" 127 in Warsaw, on days which are the days of the Court's office during the hours indicated in the description of the subject of the contract.
