The tender includes the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for liners on rain and wastewater pipes at Novafos A/S.A dynamic purchasing system is an electronic purchasing process in which each period purchase/task is submitted to competition (Mini tender) among the Participants. The Contracting Entity shall make use of the dynamic purchasing system when the need arises for the purchase of liners on rain and sewage pipes by sending the Mini Tender Specifications to the Participants in the system inviting tenders. There will be two categories: the dynamic purchasing system, which is divided based on the diameter of the pipes in need of lining.

In this category, tenders will be made where the pipes to be worked with have a diameter of up to and including 300 mm. Contracts will be awarded on the basis of the award criterion "lowest price". For tasks that overlap, by including pipes that are both covered by categories 1 and 2, the contract will be tendered for category 2.
