Software and technical support subscriptions for K-P OW NFZ devices in Bydgoszcz - 4 parts.

The subject of the contract is to provide support for software, update of signature databases and technical support for software and devices of the Ordering Party.

Any fees associated with renewing subscriptions to software or services (if any) should be included in the price.

The intention of the contracting authority is to maintain the continuity of support for owned and operated systems by purchasing support for the next year. If the initial support dates in the suppliers' databases are later than those provided by the Ordering Party, support should be provided from the date existing in their databases while maintaining the number of days required in the order (i.e. extending the end date of support accordingly). The ordering party has made every effort to ensure that the dates correspond to the actual dates, if the date is earlier, we expect the support to be aligned with those given in the SWZ in the order price.

1) As part of the website, the Contractor is obliged to: a) Providing or enabling the download of subsequent versions of the software b) Providing or enabling the download of fixes and patches c) The Contractor will review the currently operated environment and install fixes and patches on the indicated devices / applications in consultation with the Ordering Party, d) Enable and assist in reporting problems regarding the system software to the manufacturer's authorized service by phone, in electronic form and with the help of the website WEB for service requests. e) Support in reporting failures of systems covered by the subject of the contract so as to carry out possible repair actions or a proposal to circumvent the software failure in accordance with the software manufacturer's service policy as effectively as possible, f) Removal of a critical error will take place through the cooperation of the Contractor with the software manufacturer as soon as possible from the manufacturer's point of view, after the manufacturer has become acquainted with the error in detail. Carried out on working days from 8:00 to 16:00;2) The Contractor, as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, will provide the Contracting Authority with a pool of 60 working hours to be used for the duration of the service for work as part of the operation of the Ordering Party's system, in particular:a) Optimization of the Ordering Party's infrastructure, taking into account all hardware elements. b) Reconfiguration of the Ordering Party's system environment.c) Taking preventive measures aimed at minimizing the risk of problems with the operation of the software covered by the subject of the contract. All actions will be previously agreed with the Ordering Party, d) Other works resulting from the current needs of the Ordering Party.

3) The service will take place at the place of its installation at the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party agrees to provide support services in a remote form. The Contractor declares that the person/persons providing the support service under point 1) and point 2) is/are properly trained and has the necessary knowledge and experience in the field of systems covered by the support. The Contractor declares that the delivered patches, upgrades, firmware and drivers that are not part of the operating system do not infringe the rights of software developers and the owner of software developers and copyright holder and do not limit the rights of the Ordering Party to use this software. Maintenance services of the operating system will be provided in the following locations: Bydgoszcz and Toruń iToruń ibid. Any fees associated with renewal (if any) should be included in the price. The intention of the contracting authority is to maintain the continuity of support for the systems in operation by purchasing support for the next year. If the initial support dates in the suppliers' databases are later than those provided by the Ordering Party, support should be provided from the date existing in their databases while maintaining the number of days required in the order (i.e. extending the end date of support accordingly).
