- Individual room control of the entire FBH of approx. 450 rooms with 870 circuits

- Individual room control of the entire CCT of approx. 130 rooms with 130 circuits

- Individual room control of the circulating air chillers (approx. 25 units and 9 rooms)

- Control of approx. 15 mixed heating circuits

- Control of approx. 5 mixed cooling circuits

- Control and control of a chiller via ModBUs

- Connection of approx. 20 heat and water meters via Modbus

- Connection of messages of the pressure controls heating and cooling (approx. 4 systems with 5 messages each)

- Connection of messages from the primary district heating transfer station

- Connection of operating and fault messages from all sanitary facilities such as hygienic flushes, grease traps, pressure boosting systems (in total approx. 20 systems with 3-4 data points each)

- All field devices are to be supplied by the I&C company (installation on site)

- Recording of messages of the EDP air conditioning (approx. 10 systems of 3 messages each)

- Central heating and cooling interlock

- Approx. 12 control cabinets divided into 6 information focal points

- Central master computer for integration and visualization of all systems

- Separate fault message display for the gate
