The subject of the contract is the delivery of Oracle software or equivalent along with the provision of Technical Support for a period of 36 months.

The subject of the order is the delivery of the Software in the latest version meeting the requirements indicated in point 8 of the OPZ along with the provision of Technical Support for the delivered Software for 36 months, in accordance with the specification described in point 3.1 of the OPZ.
