The Contracting Authority divides the Contract into two Lots:
-Lot 1: temporary traffic measures in case of Malfunctions and Repairs transport, distribution and connection pipes in areas 1, 2 and 3;
-Lot 2: temporary traffic measures at Projects and Jobs distribution and connection pipes in area 3.

The purpose of the Tender is to conclude two Agreements for the application of temporary traffic measures:
-one Framework Agreement with the winning Tenderer of Lot 1 and
-one Framework Agreement with the winning Tenderer of Lot 2.
Part of the Framework Agreement belonging to Lot 2 is an option on the basis of which the application of temporary traffic measures to Projects and Jobs in area 2B (option A) and areas 1 and 2A (option B) can also be purchased from the winning Bidder of Lot 2.
Traffic measures in case of Disruptions and Repairs area 1, 2 and 3;The Assignment belonging to Lot 1 consists of:
-Organizing a 24 x 7 breakdown service;
-Advising on the spot on traffic measures in relation to the circumstances when carrying out work;
-Consultation / coordination with the road authority in case of N-roads;
-Drawing up a traffic plan and taking care of the permit application;
-The provision of depositary materials and equipment for traffic measures;
-The placement, modification and removal of deposit materials and equipment for traffic measures.
Approximately 400 assignments are expected to be awarded annually, consisting of approximately:
-240 assignments for the application of temporary traffic measures in the event of Disruptions
-160 orders for the application of temporary traffic measures in Repairs
It is expected that approximately 40% of the orders for the application of temporary traffic measures in the event of Disruptions outside office hours will be provided.

Traffic measures at Projects and Jobs area 3The Assignment belonging to Lot 2 consists of:
-Drawing up a traffic plan and taking care of the permit application;
-The provision of depositary materials and equipment for traffic measures;
-The placement, modification and removal of deposit materials and equipment for traffic measures.
Approximately 100 assignments are expected to be awarded annually, consisting of approximately:
-25 assignments for the application of temporary traffic measures at Projects and Jobs distribution pipelines PWN;
-75 assignments for the application of temporary traffic measures Projects and Jobs connection pipes PWN.
Part of the Framework Agreement belonging to Lot 2 is an option on the basis of which the application of temporary traffic measures to Projects and Jobs in area 2B (option A) and areas 1 and 2A (option B) can also be purchased from the winning Bidder of Lot 2.
When the two options in the Agreement are "highlighted", the expected scope of the Assignment changes from approximately 100 to approximately 240 assignments per year. Approximately 240 assignments are expected to be awarded annually, consisting of approximately:
-80 assignments for the application of temporary traffic measures at Projects and Jobs distribution pipelines PWN;
-160 assignments for the application of temporary traffic measures at Projects and Jobs connection pipes PWN.
