The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement with a tenderer that will give access to
a service catalogue that - given Entur's current and possible future needs - gives the broadest possible
scope of the services that are offered by the large and recognised international public cloud service providers. (I.e., a broad scope of services from a broad scope of service providers).
Entur shall make it easier to plan and buy public transport journeys nationwide in Norway. In order to
improve our offers and services continually, new functionality is required continually and as quickly as
possible in the production systems, so that it can be used by Enter, the traffic operators, and API users.
• A contract will be signed with one individual tenderer.
• The tenderer in question shall provide access to a service catalogue that - given Entur´s current and possible future needs - provides the broadest possible scope of services that are offered by the major and recognised international public cloud service providers. (I.e., a broad scope of services from a broad scope of service providers).
• The tenderer will be Entur's partner for operation and infrastructure through public cloud by offering such a service catalogue and advice on this.
• The offered services through the service catalogue must, to the greatest possible degree, be offered at the current standard terms in the EU/EEA area.
• Standard terms means in this connection price, SLA, and contractual delivery terms.
• The tenderer must continually, and as needed, advise Enter on the most optimum composition of the service portfolio, given Entur's changing business needs.
• The tenderer must continually, and as needed, give Entur expedient assistance in the form of service management and associated consultancy services.
• The prices in a new contract must, as far as possible, be fully scaleable (so that Entur does not take on any payment obligations before the services are actually used).
