The G2 System Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) in Phase CDE aims to support ESA at system level in its role as system architect for the Galileo 2nd generation and the transition to it from system PDR to system CDR and then up to system tests and system builds’ qualification. The G2 System Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) in Phase CDE aims to support ESA at system level in its role as system architect for the Galileo 2nd generation and the transition to it from system PDR to system CDR and then up to system tests and system builds’ qualification. In particular, this contract will include all G2G system AIV engineering and deployment support activities, among others:

— contribution to the system-level AIV planning and execution;

— support of the requirements and functional chains’ verification and control process;

— support the preparation and execution of system deployment plans if necessary at Galileo system sites;

— support the maintenance of the qualification files and control of the qualification status at system level;

— system tests definition and specification (e.g. RFCT, SCTC, IOT, functional chain tests);

— system tests procedure elaboration, execution, and reporting;

— support of the non-conformance review processes;

— develop specific system AIV tools to support the system tests;

— support the preparation of architecture roadmaps.
