Marseille Provence Airport is launching a call for applications to select the agencies that will support the evolution of its brand, and all of its speeches - Corporate communication (external/internal) and customer communication (marketing, brand content) - in their strategic and operational dimensions, in order to: - Improve our visibility and develop brand preference - Develop our business by stimulating consumption - Foster engagement around our ambitions to develop our reputation.
Brand strategyThe awarding agency defines the positioning of the Marseille Provence Airport brand on the basis of market developments, regulations and the opinions of the general public (particularly relating to the airline sector). The agency will carry out strategic planning missions, pre- and post-campaign surveys, reputation and notoriety surveys aimed at measuring the effectiveness of the proposed measures and the evolution of the brand platform and the tone of the related speeches. The agency will carry out multi-thematic advertising campaigns (brand, AMP products and destinations, corporate, employer brand, etc.) - 360° design/creation/production/execution (key visuals, video, radio spot script, etc.). Missions may include campaigns related to AMP's raison d'être, brand awareness, the evolution of its infrastructure, its customer experience, the promotion of accessibility at the airport, its products and its network of destinations. The majority of these campaigns will be supported by media and non-media plans. Single-party framework agreement, with purchase orders: no minimum - maximum annual amount of €1,000,000 excluding VAT.In support of the bids and on the basis of a brief, the selected candidates will have to present a creation. Unsuccessful applicants will receive compensation of €10,000. This amount may be reduced or eliminated in the event of insufficient or non-compliant services, subject to the motivation of Marseille Provence Airport.
Creative StudioIn perfect coherence with the DNA, the graphic charter and the brand platform, the awarding agency will be responsible for the creation of all digital, print, POS and video content of Marseille Provence Airport (excluding advertising campaigns and own or exported "Marius" content), in particular and on a non-exclusive basis: - Design and execute impactful and engaging customer communication and information systems (externally in our terminals, at trade fairs, or internally...) - Design and execute commercial promotion materials for the benefit of airlines, restaurants, airport shops negotiated with its partners / and airport services- Design and execute the materials accompanying commercial activities in collaboration with the agency "Lot 5 - Commercial animation and events" in charge of imagining engaging and revenue-generating mechanisms related to commercial activities (shops, etc.). restaurants)- Design & execute Marseille Provence Airport's annual reports (management report, annual or integrated report / CSRD)- In general, create all the content broadcast on non-media channels: videos (on-site shootings, editing / snack content, motion design, etc.), event media (stand, backdrop, invitations, etc.), html newsletters / website banners, brochures / leaflets, creation of visual identities for projects. Media BuyingIn conjunction with the "Lot 1 - Brand Strategy" agency and occasionally "Lot 2 - Creative Studio", the awarding agency will be in charge of amplifying Marseille Provence Airport's speeches (brand, AMP products and destinations, corporate, employer branding, services, etc.) using on- and offline media plans (OOH/DOOH, digital, social, sponsorship, retail media, radio, TV, etc.). Particularly sensitive to the consumption habits of the targets of a campaign, and in response to the objectives and challenges of the campaign, the awarding agency will have an advisory role and will be a force for proposing new or even disruptive media and promotion plans to gain in efficiency. At the very least, 2 to 3 waves of large multimedia campaigns per year and a reactive and monthly digital campaign to push the destinations that require it are to be expected. EditorialIn conjunction with the "Lot 1 - Brand Strategy" agency, the platform and the brand tone, the awarding agency will be responsible for the publication of the Magazine owner of Marseille Provence Airport "MARIUS" and for the creation and production of declined content (videos, posts, articles, etc.) allowing the amplification and export of the Magazine on all the media and communication channels proprietary to Marseille Provence Airport (website, social networks, screens in terminals, etc.). MARIUS is a bilingual magazine (French / English) partly financed by advertising inserts, published 3 times a year with approximately 55,000 circulations per copy, distributed in terminals and in nearly 1,000 distribution points in the airport's wider catchment area (ambition to increase distribution). The awarding agency (or group of agencies) will be responsible for the editor-in-chief - with particular attention to the interactivity of the Magazine, the management of the editorial board, the quality of the proposed topics and the treatment of the destinations selected by issue with an angle of view appropriate to our tone, the interviews, the writing of the articles and their translation, the design and execution of the layout, the printing and delivery of the magazine for distribution. The awarding agency will have to work closely with the advertising agency and the magazine's distributor. Commercial and event animationThe awarding agencies will carry out and deploy an annual plan of commercial events in the terminals, in collaboration and coherence with all the operators (shops, restaurants, airlines) of Marseille Provence Airport, and marketing activations related to the highlights identified, in the terminals and outdoors, in our catchment area. The proposed activations, impactful, will put at the heart the experience and engagement of the airport's customers (gamification, nudge, etc.) and the overall commercial profitability (while feeding the AMP customer database and contributing to their loyalty). The two awarded agencies will also organise all types of internal or external Marseille Provence Airport events (inaugurations, employee conventions, afterworks, parties, institutional events, CSR activations, business forums, product launches, press events, etc.), in the terminal or outside its walls. The awarding agencies will work in close collaboration with the "Lot 2 - Creative Studio" agency and the awardee of the POS contract for the creation of materials to accompany each of the devices or to educate them (roll up or more impactful structure, stage backdrop, floor adhesive, etc.).
