The subject of this contract is the design and execution of Construction Works and the service of the Service for investment entitled: "Construction of a source of high-efficiency gas cogeneration with a capacity of 8 MWe and 7.6 MWt in Tarnobrzeg - GUK II". The Contractor grants a Guarantee for Construction Works. The subject of the contract, in addition to the design and execution of Construction Works, is also the service of maintenance and repair service guaranteeing the maintenance of each of the generating units in full readiness for work, for a period of 36 months. The Contractor, regardless of granting the Guarantee for Construction Works, also grants a guarantee for the Service. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Part III of the SWZ, as well as results from the PPU (Part II of the SWZ).
