Description:
Delivery and installation of a digital signage system in catering kiosks at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw

The subject of this order is the delivery and installation of a system of 256 Digital Signage screens at the PGE Narodowy facility in Warsaw.

1.Za Positions:

a) A dynamic content display system is to be installed in all 30 food kiosks in the stadium. The Ordering Party assumes the installation of 2 screens for each window of the kiosk, with the exception of the outermost windows on the P3 level, where one or no screen is to be installed. The total demand includes 252 screens,

b) the screens are to serve as menuboards, but at the same time they must support the display, on demand (switchable remotely using a command from the software), of an IPTV video stream in multicast technology – this is to enable guests standing in line to watch the broadcast of the show that is currently taking place on the stadium pitch. The source of the transmission will be the DVB-T/C TV signal at the antenna output of the headend at the facility, which must then be converted into an IPTV stream using a device provided by the Contractor (e.g. an encoder). The described functionality is a critical requirement for this project.

c) The Ordering Party does not require functionalities dedicated specifically to the menuboard system, such as linking with the database of products and price lists and dynamic completion of such data,

d) the conditions of use assume the use of the screens about 30 times a year for a few hours during full-stadium events. As a result, no continuous screens are required. The same applies to the dust-tightness class – the Ordering Party allows screens adapted for use inside the facility, because in the period outside the events the kiosk windows are covered with automatic roller shutters,

e) The Ordering Party shall provide (prior to the installation of the screens) the necessary LAN network infrastructure terminated with cabling with RJ45 plugs in the places where the screens are installed. The wiring assumes the maintenance of min. 2 m spare for each cable,

f) The Ordering Party does not allow cloud solutions – the system should be installed at the Ordering Party's location on virtual servers. The Ordering Party shall enable the Provider to use a VPN connection to connect to the server.

g) all licence fees should be one-off, lifetime and included in the Contractor's offer,

h) The Contracting Authority does not allow the subscription payment system in any scope of the subject matter of the contract (maintenance, licenses),

i) The Ordering Party does not allow the use of TV tuners in screens and players.

2. Scope of delivery and installation:

a) 252 LED LCD screens with a diagonal of at least 49" and a maximum of 50" and a native resolution of 3840x2160 (4K UHD) with a brightness of not less than 500 nits, static contrast ratio of not less than 1000:1, matte matrix coating to prevent reflections (non-glare type) or with a haze parameter of min. 25%,

b) power supply and distribution - from wall sockets located on the wall (below the dispensing counters) to each of the devices terminated with an electrical socket. Currently, these wall sockets are used to power the coffers, but the cabling used does not meet the parameters required by the Ordering Party to power the screens that are the subject of the order.

c) 252 screen mounts with a supporting structure and the service of assembling and connecting devices to power sockets and LAN cabling provided by the Supplier. The customer requires that the handles be tilted in the vertical axis at least 10 degrees downwards. Taking into account the fact that the kiosks have suspended ceilings (k-gypsum) with insufficient load-bearing capacity to suspend the screens, and access to the appropriate load-bearing ceilings is limited, the Contracting Authority allows for the production and installation of load-bearing beams (e.g. in the form of a steel truss) attached to the walls or side columns in each of the rooms where the screens will be installed. Only to these beams will it be possible to mount brackets and screens. In most places, the distance between the walls/columns is about 6m, there are also locations where the distance between the side walls is 17m (in an arc due to the bends of the façade). It may be necessary to use supports or slings at several points on the support beam.
