1.The object of the order is to provide service service service of 4 pieces of monochrome coil printers OCE VarioStream 7550 with serial numbers 87242, 87243, 87324, 87325.

2.The Ordering Party declares that during the period of service provision the assumed production quantity will be not less than 90 000 000 single-sided A4 printouts.

3.The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of exercising the right of option. The exercise of the option right consists in increasing the assumed production volume by a maximum of 41,000,000, i.e. up to 131,000,000 single-sided A4 printouts, during the period of providing the maintenance service.

4.The contractor submitting the offer is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 20,000.00

Service of 4 pieces of OCE VarioStream 7550 monochrome coil printers with serial numbers 87242, 87243, 87324, 87325.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 5 to the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
