Description:
Sanitation service of 15 varieties of vine, within the order made by Order 474/2022 dated 13/12/2022, of the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Energy of the Government of the Canary Islands by which Order 398/2021 is modified by which the public company Gestión del Medio Rural de Canarias S.A.U. is entrusted with the service consisting of the improvement of knowledge of climate change

The open procedure as a means of awarding a public contract allows any trader who is interested in concluding such a contract and fulfils the conditions laid down for that purpose to submit a proposal. The very nature and delimitation of this type of contracting procedure prevents ("being excluded", in terms of art. 156.1 LCSP / 2017 ) any negotiation of the terms of the contract with the bidders.
