Heating and sanitary installation work as part of a complex modernization and repair of 167 apartments and 1 commercial unit

- Strand renovation into 167 apartments and 1 commercial unit

- Heating:

The heating risers in the bathrooms will be dismantled and completely replaced. The bathrooms will receive new towel radiators and new valves.

- Replacement of all flow valves on existing radiators for hydraulic balancing.

- replacement of the flow control valves in the cellar

-Sanitary:

-dismantling of existing sanitary pipelines (sewage, cold and hot water, circulation)

- Renewal of wastewater and internal rainwater lines with dB 20 pipelines

- Renewal of the waste water collection line in the cellar

- replacement of cold and hot water pipes, circulation pipes and shut-off valves in the shaft and in the basement area

- All cables are fully insulated in the basement and in the apartments

Water meters for cold and hot water will be retained, they will be dismantled for the construction project and reassembled after completion

In addition, all sanitary facilities will be renewed and will have new supply lines.
